A casting method that creates molds with plaster and does not use metal molds! We provide cast products with a surface finish and thin walls comparable to die casting in a short period of time (short delivery)!

At Janome Die Casting, we established a gypsum casting prototype center in April 2012. We quickly identify and address issues in mass production! We can cast complex shapes and items with fine surface irregularities, reproducing regular protrusions with a spacing of 0.2mm down to 12μm.
